One of the key tasks of the Society of Arts is to foster the relationship between the arts and the sciences.
In partnership with The Young Academy and the Royal Academy, the Society endeavours to promote cross-fertilisation between the arts and the sciences and to increase support for transdisciplinary collaborations between the arts, the sciences and society.
Together with partners in the field, it is committed to building and organising a permanent national infrastructure that functions as a meeting place for the arts and the sciences, as an experimental habitat, and as a potential funding option.
