Nasrdin Dchar

Actor Nasrdin Dchar’s (born 1978) breakthrough role was in the film Rabat (2011), for which he won a Gouden Kalf in the Best Actor category. He has acted in several plays staged by the Ro Theatre, which has since merged into Theater Rotterdam, and also produces his own plays. 

He has acted in numerous Dutch films and television series, including the films Tirza (2010), Wolf (2013), Süskind (2012) and Meskina (2021). He is also known for his roles in the television series Mocro Maffia and Het Gouden Uur. In the theatre, he has acted in more than 30 plays and staged a series of solo performances, i.e. DAD (2016), Oumi (2012), JA (2019) and Familiekroniek (2021).  

 

Dchar is the co-founder of the IEDER1 Foundation, which aims to promote unity in society.
